These Terms govern access to and use of the qaltrunex.com portal, operated by Qaltrunex S.A.S., CUIT 30-71857294-8, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 7, CABA, Argentina. By using the site you accept these conditions; if you do not agree, please refrain from continuing to browse.
1. Purpose of the portal
Qaltrunex provides educational content on personal economy, financial planning and reference exchange rates. It does not constitute financial intermediation or personalised advice within the meaning of Law 26.831.
2. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Amendments will be published in this section with their effective date.

You agree to use the site in accordance with the law, morality, public order and good customs. You may not use it for fraudulent or harmful purposes or in any way that compromises its security.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, except in cases of specific federal jurisdiction.
