At Qaltrunex S.A.S. (hereinafter, “Qaltrunex”, “we”) we process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Act No. 25.326, its regulations and complementary rules of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

Identification data (name and email address) you provide when subscribing to our newsletter; technical data (IP address, device type, browser) collected through cookies and analytics tools, only if you consent.

Sending educational content and updates about the portal; aggregate audience measurement; compliance with legal obligations and protection against requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal basis
Your free, prior, express and informed consent (Art. 5, Law 25.326), revocable at any time, and the legitimate interest of the controller when applicable.
5. Retention
We keep your data for the duration of your relationship with Qaltrunex or for the applicable legal periods. It is then deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with technology service providers acting as data processors under strict confidentiality commitments.
7. International transfers
When we use providers outside Argentina, we ensure adequate levels of protection through contractual clauses and the mechanisms set out by the AAIP.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and role-based access control.
